  • HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
    Just select Checkout from your Shopping Cart or click on the Profile Icon on the top right-hand corner of the site.
  • WHERE TO INPUT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?
    Click on the Profile Icon and log in to your account. Then you can go to respective tabs to input/ update your info.
  • FORGOT MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
    Click on the Profile Icon. A page opens, and you will find a Forgotten Password option on the lower left-hand side corner. Fill out your email address or user name in the space provided, and you will be receiving a link for setting up a new password.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through a secured checkout system.
  • DO I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
    Yes, you will receive an invoice as a PDF attachment in the order confirmation email. You can also download it from "MY ACCOUNT-ORDERS" page after your order is shipped. In case you do not receive this, please email us at info@appearus.com so we can help you out.
  • PAYMENT METHOD FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
    For security reasons, we only accept Bank Wire Transfers for all international orders.
  • WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
    Once you have made an order, you should receive an email from our Company for confirmation with an Order Confirmation Number. You are advised to check your spam folder and add info@appearus.com to your safe sender list. Please email us at info@appearus.com if you do not receive any order confirmation email within 24 hours after making your order.
  • CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
    Yes, if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact our customer care team immediately at info@appearus.com. However, if we are at the stage in processing your order or it has already been shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments. You are strongly advised to check your orders carefully before proceeding with the payment.
  • WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
    If you receive any email regarding the cancelling on all or part of your order, this is because the items have been sold out and we are unable to offer you in the meantime. The cancelled items will not be charged and will be returned to you.
  • WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
    Other than the United States, we ship to Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland. If your country is not listed above, please send us an email at info@appearus.com and we will revert to you earliest possible. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O boxes, A.F.O, or F.P.O addresses.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE A CHOICE OF AN EXPRESS DELIVERY METHOD?
    Yes, other than standard delivery, we also offer the express delivery method. Please contact us for more information.
  • DO I NEED TO PAY FOR CUSTOM TAXES/ DUTIES?
    Import taxes and additional charges are NOT included in the payment of your order. The destination country's customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and may result in duties and taxes payable. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, customers are advised to check with their local customs department before making their order.
