Free shipping offer is valid for supply and equipment only. Free shipping valid only within the U.S. and only to the contiguous 48 states. Select items may be excluded such as current promotions, sale items, or where restricted by manufacturer policy. Offer is not valid on previous orders or used in conjunction with any other offer.
We accept and ship orders on a daily basis and online orders for items in stock will normally be handled and be shipped out in 1-2 business days from the day we receive your order. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to locate your parcel on your Order Page. Please see “Delivery Times” for more information regarding the delivery duration to your country.
All orders will be shipped using Appearus Products Corporation’s account and billed with your order at published rates for that carrier (UPS). If you prefer to use your own UPS account, we can accommodate you for a service fee of $4.95 per order. Please provide us with your account number either via email or by calling us at 1-866-568-5688. If you choose to use your own account, you will be solely responsible for the insuring of your shipment. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you will be responsible for the full invoiced amount of the items.
We use different shipping companies for each available shipping method. We will select the safest and most appropriate shipping method based on the item and your shipping address. Over-sized items may be shipped by freight. Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the parcel and the destination.
All orders received between Monday through Thursday are reviewed, processed, and shipped within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. If you place your order on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be reviewed, processed, and shipped.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse or directly from product manufacturers. Shipping charges are computed and shown on your order for the shipping method you selected. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for UPS and FedEx Ground and 3-7 business days for USPS First Class and Priority, depending upon your distance from Southern California. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete and accurate physical street address for your shipment.
If you have an account with us, you can track the your order online. Orders are normally processed within one to two business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation that includes your order tracking number. Please use that to track your package until it reaches your door.
All orders are shipped out from our CA Warehouse or directly from our China Manufacture. Kindly note that the shipping charge computation on our website does not apply outside the continental US. International orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.
All applicable duties, tariffs, fees, and any additional charges for customs clearance are customers’ responsibilities, if applicable. Shipment to P.O boxes, A.F.O, or F.P.O addresses is prohibited.
It is important to note that import taxes and additional charges are NOT included in the payment of your order. The destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and may result in duties and taxes payable. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, customers are advised to check with your local customs before making your order.
Our quality assurance team implements extensive quality control measures, however, in the case of damaged goods please reach out to us as soon as you discover any damage. All claims of shortages or damages suffered in transits must be submitted directly to LOBUTI’s support team within 7 days upon receipt. Kindly contact us at email@example.com. Your orders will normally be delivered to you within the below indicated time, however, delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control that impact delivery time and these may include unforeseen events caused by our carriers, weather disturbances, customs clearance, etc, and Appearus Products Corp. carries no liability in these cases. Also, customers are responsible to provide us with the correct information to minimize any chance of delays.
If the order has failed to be delivered to the customer and has subsequently been returned to us, you are liable for the shipment fee to allow the delivery to be rearranged. We will contact you via email as soon as we have received the returned package.
If the package is lost in transit, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Should such unfortunate event occurs, we would try our best to understand the situation and attempt to rectify the issue as soon as possible. However, Appearus Products Corp. reserves the right to make the final decision.
