We process and ship orders on a daily basis. Online orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement. Upon dispatch, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to track your order on your Order Page. For estimated delivery duration to your country, please refer to our 'Delivery Times' page.

All orders will be shipped using Appearus Products Corporation's account and billed at published carrier rates (UPS). If you prefer to use your own UPS account, we can accommodate you for a service fee of $4.95 per order. Please provide us with your account number via email or by calling 1-866-568-5688. If you choose to use your own account, you will be solely responsible for insuring your shipment. Please note that if your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you will be responsible for the full invoiced amount of the items.

We use different shipping companies for each available shipping method. We will select the safest and most appropriate shipping method based on the item and your shipping address. Over-sized items may be shipped by freight. Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the parcel and the destination.

All orders received between Monday through Thursday are reviewed, processed, and shipped within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. If you place your order on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be reviewed, processed, and shipped.

Orders are dispatched from either our warehouse or directly from the product manufacturers. The shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed for your chosen shipping method during the ordering process. Estimated transit times provided by the carriers are as follows: 2 to 5 business days for UPS and FedEx Ground, 1 to 3 business days for USPS Priority, and 2 to 5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage, depending on your location in relation to Southern California.

It's important to note that deliveries to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations may require additional time. Please be aware that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so we kindly request that you provide a complete and accurate physical street address for your shipment to ensure a smooth delivery process.

If you have an account with us, you can conveniently track your order online. We typically process orders within one to two business days. After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation that includes your order tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

All orders will be shipped either from our California warehouse or directly from our manufacturer. Please note that the shipping charge calculated on our website is only applicable within the continental US. For international orders, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.

Please be aware that any applicable duties, tariffs, fees, and additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Shipment to P.O boxes, A.F.O, or F.P.O addresses is prohibited.

Please note that import taxes and additional charges are not included in the payment of your order. The customs agency of the destination country may select your shipment for assessment, resulting in duties and taxes payable. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we advise customers to check with their local customs authorities before placing an order.

At Appearus Products, we take pride in the extensive quality control measures implemented by our dedicated quality assurance team. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and in the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. These may include factors such as carrier-related issues, weather disturbances, customs clearance, etc. It is important to note that Appearus Products Corp. holds no liability in such cases. Furthermore, customers are urged to provide accurate information to minimize the risk of any potential delays.

In the event that your order cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipment fee to arrange for re-delivery. We will promptly notify you via email upon receipt of the returned package.
